Sanza is proud to contribute to the CollectorOpt project, an innovative initiative led by RPM ECO and its technology subsidiary OSCAL.AI, and supported by Scale AI.

 

 

This project addresses a major challenge in the waste management sector: the unpredictability of collection volumes and the underutilization of fleets, caused by fixed and inflexible schedules. CollectorOpt offers a transformative solution: a platform that integrates real-time intelligence and predictive capabilities to optimize residual materials management.

 

At Sanza, our role is to develop predictive models based on artificial intelligence to accurately estimate collection volumes. These models facilitate dynamic route optimization, reduce unnecessary stops, and improve truck fill rates—thus increasing operational efficiency and reducing environmental impact.

 

By replacing static collection plans with an approach based on actual demand, CollectorOpt paves the way for cleaner, smarter and more sustainable cities.
